WELCOME TO THE NEBAS BASEBALL LEAGUE WEBSITE

Started in the mid 1980s the Nebas League has been a fixture serving towns in  Bergen County. The goal of the league is to keep alive local town travel baseball and to give all kids, no matter their ability, an opportunity  to play travel baseball. From our 8u coach pitch to 13u senior division we offer competitive divisions for our fall, spring and summer seasons. The league's fundamental principles are sportsmanship, fairness and developing the love for the game in our youth. 

Below is some info on the NEBAS Spring/Summer league.

2026 SPRING LEAGUE – Registration Closes Thursday March 5th (https://nebasleague.sportngin.com/register/form/822781639)

• 8 game regular season
• Sunday League – games can be moved if both coaches agree
• Season starts on March 29 – optional first weekend
• Season ends Wednesday May 27th
• Due to Easter and Memorial day weekends, we are starting the season on March 29th. Games will not be scheduled on Easter  Sunday but you can use that weekend  to play games if both coaches agree.
• Competitive divisions using A, B C rankings
• Top 4 teams make the playoffs. Depending on the # of teams either an A and B playoff bracket or consolation games
• Semi finals May 31st
• Finals Sunday June 7th
• Waiver can be requested for kids born in July or August that miss 9/1 cutoff, please send as early as possible so that the board may review
• 5 game minimum to be playoff eligible
• 8u (coach/kid and hybrid Divisions)  9u, 10u (46x60), 11U – both 50/70 and 46/60. 12u (50/70)
• Team and individual awards given to both 1st and 2nd place

2026 SUMMER LEAGUE

• Starts the week of June 15th
• Registration will open April 1st and Close Monday June 1st
• 2 games a week – during the week – assigned days and time
• 10 game regular season
• Regular season will end on Friday July 17th
• Top 6 teams will make the playoffs
• Playoffs the week of July 20th
• Championship week July 27 – last championship game Friday July 31st
• Same as spring – competitive divisions based on rankings

FALL LEAGUE INFORMATION:

For Fall, Teams move up one age level from Spring/Summer Season. ie. played 9u in Spring/Summer, move up to 10u in the Fall

• 8 game regular season
• Season starts on September 7th
• Regular season ends October 26th
• Game day is Sunday and games are to be played on the assigned day unless both managers agree to move the game.
• Competitive divisions using A, B C rankings
• Top teams make the playoffs
• Playoff round 1 November 2nd
• Finals Sunday November 9th
• Waiver can be requested for kids born in July or August that miss 9/1 cutoff
